Suzanne Krassler, BSW, MBA, LNHA

Entire career has been spent in healthcare with all but 3 years being in some type of management position.   Started career as a social worker for a home care agency in CT, to National Director of the American Red Cross Marrow Donor Program, and finally as a nursing home administrator.  Started with Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in 2018 when DE became home.  In her personal time, Suzanne loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Amy Krieger (Director of Nursing)

Amy Krieger grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  Amy started her nursing career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2005 and continued to work her way up to Director of Nursing.  She graduated from Chesapeake College with her Registered Nursing Degree in 2010 and in 2016 completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at Chamberlain University College.  In 2016, Amy took an Assistant Director of Nursing position with Genesis Healthcare, where she advanced to Director of Nursing.  In 2022, she became part of the family at Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, as the Director of Nursing.  Amy lives in Delmar with her fiancé, three children, and three cats.

Dawn Harrison (Admissions Director)

Dawn Harrison was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  After, graduating from Salisbury University in 2001 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, she started a career with Enterprise Holdings, where she spent over 11 years.  In 2013, Dawn started her career as the Admissions Director at Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.  At Delmar, she found a passion for helping families and their loved ones receive short-term rehab or long-term care.  She lives in Oxford, MD with her husband and dogs, enjoying traveling and camping at the beach in her free time.

Alicia Masloski (Director of Rehab)

Alicia Masloski was born and raised in the Finger Lakes area of NY state. She received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2013. She moved to the Delmarva Peninsula in 2017 and has been at Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation since. Since working at Delmar, Alicia has become a Fall Prevention Specialist and is an Otago Exercise Program trainer (an evidenced-based community-based exercise program for elders at risk for falls). She started as the occupational therapist and is now the Director of Rehabilitation.

Alicia enjoys the culture and natural beauty of the Delmarva Peninsula with her husband and daughter. She loves being surrounded by her pets, including her cats, chickens, reptiles, and dog.

Belinda Foy (Assistant Director of Nursing)

Belinda Foy was born and raised in Seaford, Delaware. She received her associate’s degree from Delaware Tech and bachelor’s degree from Wilmington University.  Belinda has been a nurse for 15 years. She is married with three daughters.

Her mission in life is to instill my values into what she does every day and hopefully make a difference in someone’s life.

Belinda’s purpose is to ensure her patients receive the upmost quality of care and she is committed to bettering the welfare and wellbeing of others.

Adam Willey (Administrator in Training)

Adam Willey is a Sussex County native with over 13 years’ experience within a skilled nursing setting.  He obtained his Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2013 while working as a Certified Nursing Assistant.  In 2015, Adam enrolled at Wilmington University to accomplish his Bachelor of Science Allied Health degree.  In 2016, Adam obtained his title as Director of Rehab and has since been treating patients and managing the rehab department here at Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Joseph Merritt (Unit Manager)

Joseph Merritt is known as JP by everyone.  He is a local man being born and raised on the Eastern shore. After a 6 year stint in the U.S Navy, he decided to pursue a career in nursing and attended Wor Wic community college. He has been in long term care nursing for over 20 years with the last 9 years here at Delmar Nursing and rehab center. JP is married with 3 adult children and three grandchildren.

Christina Taylor (Unit Manager)

Christina was born and in New Jersey and is a life-long NY Giants fan. She is celebrating 27th year of nursing. She is a graduate of Wor-Wic Community College and has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Lisa has 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren who all live locally and keep her busy and young. In her down time, she enjoys the water and spending time at the beach or her own “backyard beach”.  Christina is a motorcycle enthusiast as well and has had a variety of motorcycles throughout the years.

Michelle Morgan (Activities Director)

Michelle Morgan started her career at Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in 2018.  Finding her passion in activities, Michelle earned her NCCAP Certification, while working at Delmar.  She loves engaging with our residents, making sure they are enjoying their lives to the fullest while here.  Michelle enjoys spending time with her two daughters, going to the beach, camping, and walking through nature.

Robyn Handy (Business and HR Manager)

Robyn Handy has 15 years of expertise in Human Resources and Operations.  She is a results-focused leader, who delivers talent acquisition, and motivation solutions.  With this expertise, she has helped Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation Center harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people.

Robyn is dedicated to creating robust cultures, which promote continuous business growth.  She does this by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bringing their best to the job.

In her personal time, Robyn loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Lisa Watson (MDS Coordinator)

Lisa Watson was born and raised in Maryland. She has been a nurse for about 30 years, with most of her experience in long term care. When not at work she enjoys her daughter and three grandsons. Lisa loves spending her free time with her family and she enjoys reading.

Judy Ann Cranmer (Social Worker)

Judy Cranmer is a graduate of Wilmington University, with specialized studies in Gerontology, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care. She brings with her 20 years’ experience in long term care social services. In her spare time, Judy enjoys the beach, reading and spending time with her Rat Terrier, TY.

Leah Hall (Environmental Director)

Leah Hall is a graduate from Howard High in 1984 which is located in Ellicott City MD.  She served in US Army from 1984 to 1988 and was stationed at Fort Gordon – GA, Fort Carson – CO, and Camp Casey – Korea. She playedsSoftball for the United States Forces Korea (USFK), traveling Asia to military bases.

Leah retired from DOC State of Maryland Easter Shore after being there from 1988 to 2008 and worked as the Environmental Director at Mankon Manor from 2008 to 2010.  In 2010 she joined Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as the Environmental Director.

James Thalasinos (Dietary Manager)

James oversees the day-to-day operations of the Food and Nutrition Department and works to provide outstanding customer service and high quality nutritional meals for Delmar’s residents.  He has a passion for what he does and takes pleasure in creating new menus and meals that residents will enjoy and look forward to.

James attended and graduated from the Academy of Culinary Arts, in May Landing, New Jersey.  A few years after graduating, he went on to receive his Certificate Dietary Manager, Certificate Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) license from Association of Nutrition & Food Service Professionals.

Denisha Jones (Business Office/HR Assistant)

Denisha Jones is a well experienced Certified Nurse Aide and highly motivated Human Resources Assistant who has been with the Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for over 6 years. She takes pride in the job and strives daily to implement and enforce policies and procedures within the company. Denisha works effectively with different departments to maintain and gather information.

When Denisha is not working she is spending time with her beautiful family who continue to motivate her throughout her career.
